You may be asking: “What is Spiritism?”
Spiritism dear readers is “simultaneously a science of observation and a philosophical doctrine. As a practical science, it consists in the relations that can be established with spirits. As a philosophy, it entails all the moral consequences that result from such relations.” Allan Kardec

On this note, Spiritism is a science that deals with the nature, origin and destiny of spirits, and their relation with the corporeal world.
FEB
The Brazilian Spiritist Federation- FEB- is an institution founded in 1884 for the purpose of disseminating Spiritism, a doctrine that presents new concepts about humankind and the world. It can and should be studied and practiced daily in the different areas of our lives: scientific philosophical, religious, moral, educational, social, etc.
In order to accomplish its purpose, FEB created a publishing house that has become the largest Spiritist publisher in the world. Today it has over 400 titles in print, and several of them have already been translated into other languages.
In its 122 years of history, FEB has sold over 40 million books, including novels, poems, short stories, journalistic pieces, dissertation and narratives related to life in the Spirit World.
With its books, FEB has supported the founding of numerous institutions (about 10.000 in Brazil) dedicated to educational causes and to responding to the material and spiritual needs of the human being, thereby helping to build a better world of peace and progress. Above all, and based on unquestionable facts. Spiritist books explains our condition as mortal beings going through a continuous process of intellectual and moral evolution.
Several of FEB´s books have been published by the International Spiritist Council-ISC- an organization that promotes the fraternal unity of the Spiritist institutions of over 30 countries.
THE SPIRITISM
